We had a wonderful cruise experience, and the staff were truly amazing. I especially want to recognize the servers and assistant servers at the Cyprus Restaurant who took care of us. They were outstanding, and JP in particular went above and beyond. JP didn’t just provide excellent service he also went out of his way to make our little girl feel special. He entertained her, remembered her name, and even remembered her favorite fruit and had it ready for her as soon as we entered.

Communication on board was not great. I was afraid of going to different restaurants bc they don’t tell you they have a fee. Room service is free but they had no menu in room to order from. They did not explain how we need to go to dinner so I just did buffet all week. Shows were not great I went to 3 then no more. Solarium was great. Wi-Fi 240 mins great bc I could do a little at a time. The cocktail 2 hours were not great bc they had limited drinks which I didn’t like so I had water and soda.
