Enjoy a 30-minute visit to a historically accurate replica of the caravel La Pinta, which is anchored in the harbor. Note: In order to board the caravel, guests must be in good physical condition and wear flat shoes. This tour includes approximately 1.3 miles of walking at a steady pace, part of which will be on cobblestones, uneven surfaces, and uphill, including 20 steep steps. In order to access certain sections of the caravel, Guests will have to pass through a small opening in the ship.

Drive approximately 30-minutes to the province of Pontevedra. Visit Castle Soutomaior, a medieval castle dating back to the 12th century, and see the castle and surrounding gardens.

On the mountain you’ll see the ruins of an Iron Age settlement and visit a small archaeology museum. There is also a mirador (viewpoint) above the mouth of River Miño, with spectacular views of both Spain and Portugal. Note: This tour includes approximately 1.4 miles of walking at a steady pace, part of which will be on cobblestones and uneven surfaces and uphill, including stairs. Wear comfortable shoes.

Enjoy an approximately 30-minute guided walking tour and approximately 45-minutes of free time to explore or shop in this picturesque coastal village. Upon arrival, your guide will take you on an approximately 90-minute guided walk in Pontevedra to enjoy the city. The church of Santa Maria la Mayor and Virgen Peregrina church are considered to be the town's most emblematic buildings. You'll also see the Alameda, the Santo Domingo Ruins, Herreria Square, San Francisco church, La Lena square (a national monument), and others. Note: All are outside visits. Board your motorcoach and drive approximately 75 minutes through the scenic Galician countryside to the historic town of Santiago de Compostela. Millions of people from all over the world come to this city every year, many of them having reached the end of their pilgrimage on Camino de Santiago. Along the way, your tour escort will provide narration and instructions for your free time in Santiago de Compostela.

Board your motorcoach and take an approximately 60-minute scenic drive to Padrón. Note: Guests should be in good physical condition to participate.

Board your 4x4 vehicle and embark on a ride where you’ll discover why Sao Miguel Island is known as the green island, passing verdant pastures and thick forests on your 30-minute drive to Barrosa Mountain.

Stop to enjoy the views over the crater lake of Fogo, highest above sea level on São Miguel Island. Surrounded by endemic vegetation, this area has been classified a natural reserve.
