Nibble on a light breakfast as the custom-built catamaran leaves the dock on its way to the backcountry. Traveling through Key West’s lake passage, you'll be taken to an area that is home to sea urchins, conch shells, sea turtles and bottlenose dolphins for some time to snorkel. Next, make your way over to a sandbar where lunch will take place. Here you can dip your toes into the warm shallow waves, sip a frosty beverage, and take a guided tour into the mangroves on a kayak.

Head out on the turquoise waters of the gulf to watch bottlenose dolphins as they swim, play, feed and do whatever else they please. Afterwards, head back to the wildlife refuge, where you can snorkel along the shallow backcountry. On the way home, sip on a cold beer or chilled wine.
