Your day begins with a 40 minute drive along the cross island road to Nakawaqa Rainforest located on the north eastern part of Savusavu town. Guests are welcomed on arrival by the villagers and escorted on a hike up to the 50 foot’ waterfall which cascades down in a zig-zag path to the deep blue pools below. Choose one of the three pools to have a dip or refreshing swim. Four big caves sit along the edge of Wainiliku Creek which are surrounded by 200 acres of virgin tropical rainforest with huge indigenous trees and other species. The walk to the falls is under the shade of the forest canopy.

Your first stop on this tour will be just outside of town at the factory of Copra Millers of Fiji – the leading manufacturer of coconut oil in Fiji. Witness the processing of Virgin coconut oil which is extracted from the coconut flesh with the minimal amount of processing i.e. no high heat or pressure and no harsh chemical solvents, bleaching agents, etc. The oil is completely unrefined to ensure it retains all the natural goodness of the coconut itself. There is a huge demand for coconut oil overseas and Malaysia and Taiwan are Fiji’s biggest markets.

Board an island bus for a scenic drive along Vanua Levu's breathtaking coastal road. View the swaying palms of copra plantations that produce copra, from which high-fat palm oil is made.

Upon your arrival, native warriors will greet you and escort you through the village to the meetinghouse. Here, you will meet the village chief who welcomes you with a ritual ceremony. In this formal setting, you will request permission to visit the neighboring waterfalls and swimming holes.

This half-day, extremely active adventure begins at the pier with an island-style (basic) bus ride through the verdant Fijian landscape. Travel along Cross Island Road, which offers stunning views of the glistening coast and lush, rain forest-covered hills.

Your bus departs Apia's pier for a panoramic drive along the East Coast Road, passing through colorful villages along the way.

Board a boat for a 25-minute ride (each way) close to the lagoon's north pass as you set out on this snorkel adventure.

One of the most picturesque islands in all of French Polynesia, Huahine is also known as the Garden Island. You'll quickly learn why on this laid-back excursion which begins with a panoramic drive past tropical fruit plantations, lush forests, palm trees and stunning beaches.

This delightful, half-day tour really mixes things up with a four-wheel drive safari and a short boat cruise allowing you to fully explore the pretty Polynesian island of Huahine.

You're headed to Maeva Village -- the densest concentration of archaeological sites in Polynesia. At one time, this was the traditional home to all of the island's chiefs and their families. Marae, or prehistoric temples abound here and stand as a testament to the importance of the area.

Remote Vaiorea motu (islet), off the coast of Huahine, is surrounded by a natural, spectacularly colorful underwater coral garden. The picture-postcard perfect splendor of the local sea life and gorgeous coral brings visitors to this five-billion-gallon natural aquarium whose average temperature is a comfortable 81° F all year 'round.

Your tour will depart the pier by off-road vehicle. You will cross the bridge to Huahine-nui (big Huahine) and drive around the majestic bay where the ship is anchored.

This condensed four-wheel-drive introduction to Huahine offers an overview of the history and traditions of this French Polynesian jewel. A local guide will drive you around Huahine-iti -- the smaller island of the two islands that comprise Huahine. The two islands are separated by only a bridge, which crosses a few hundred yards of crystal-clear water.

In the Paopao Valley you'll pass some pineapple plantations; then, cross to the territorial property of Opunohu. A stop at one of the numerous marae (ancient, sacred sites) allows you to learn more about Polynesian culture. Continue to the Belvedere lookout point for a panoramic view (weather dependent) of Cook and Opunohu Bays.

Join marine biologist Dr Michael Poole or his assistant on this ecotourism and research project on wild, free-ranging dolphins. Dr Poole has been studying dolphins in French Polynesia since 1987. Spinner dolphins, rough-tooth dolphins and pilot whales are seen around Moorea, with spinner dolphins regularly coming inside the reef.

From the Belvedere Lookout Point, located up in the mountains between the two main bays of Moorea, you will take in the sweeping views of Cook and Opunohu Bays.

Discover Moorea's magnificent beauty with an accomplished photographer accompanying you on this exciting tour. He'll offer photographic tips and interesting information about the island throughout the tour. Highlights may include visits to lookout points, villages, bays, coastline and special landmarks.

Your experience begins when you board a comfortable, covered, motorized boat. You will have the pleasure of admiring the island from the lagoon just as the first explorers did in the 18th century. The old crater of the volcano provides a view to unique and magnificent scenery-sharp peaks and high mountains, green valleys, pineapple plantations and lush forests. As you ride across the turquoise waters of Moorea, the captain will tell you all about the island's legends. You will then arrive at one of the gorgeous, white sandy islets surrounded by crystal clear water, shallow enough to walk right off the boat onto the beach. Swim or snorkel around the turquoise lagoon or simply relax on the beach or in the shade while the local crew prepares lunch. One of the highlights will be when the local guides attract schools of sting rays from the lagoon. You are welcome to join in and play with these gentle sea creatures. In exchange for a piece of fish they will gracefully dance around you. A delicious buffet-style lunch is served, with soft island music in the background. After lunch you will be entertained with more music and a coconut husking demonstration. Transfer by motorized catamaran back to the ship.

Set sail on the Ohana-a 65-foot maxi-catamaran and head down the west coast of Tahiti. The Ohana is the largest and fastest catamaran of its class in Tahitian waters, and offers plenty of shaded seating under the canopy. Sun seekers can relax on the two large nets located in the bow. Feel the sea spray on your face as the boat slices along the barrier reef. Watch for spinner dolphins, frequently seen in the area. On the south shore of Taapuna Passage keep an eye out for local and international surfers hanging ten and catching waves. Drop anchor in clear waters inside the lagoon, where you will have plenty of time to enjoy a swim and snorkel. Gear is provided. Access to the water is made by a large, easy stepladder. Towel off and settle in on the catamaran deck and nets. Kick back, unwind and enjoy a refreshment as you sail through turquoise waters on the way home.

The boat anchors near a gorgeous sandy islet surrounded by transparent turquoise waters. This is your chance to swim freely in the warm waters and enjoy this experience. Make the most of time allocated for snorkeling. You may even be lucky enough to glide with stingrays in the clear water.

Experience how the locals get around -- by Aiga (family) bus with bench-style seating, naturally cooled by the breeze whipping through the open windows.

Leaving the pier, your bus will take you to the eastern side of the island. There will be several stops en route, including one at Camel Rock. This interesting rock formation resembles a lonely camel, and lies close to the shores of Lauli'i Village. This is a whistle-stop tour -- if you see something along the way that you'd like to look at, just ask the driver to stop for a few minutes. At the easternmost tip of the Tutuila, you'll turn back, stopping briefly at Two Dollar Beach along the way.

No tour of American Samoa is complete without seeing the beautiful Fatu-ma-Futi (Flower Pot Rocks). This is your first stop and your guide will tell you of the legend surrounding this rock formation as you enjoy the view of Rainmaker Mountain. Put your feet in the crystal-clear water for a refreshing soak if you like.

Your island-style bus winds along the coastline past scenic bays, inlets and picturesque villages. You'll drive past the Flower Pot Rocks, known as Fatu-ma-Futi, and stop briefly for photos at the Leone Missionary Monument. Leone, once capital of American Samoa, is the site where the first missionaries landed in 1830.

Enjoy a dinner and an evening show at the Intercontinental Hotel in Tahiti.
