Under the blanket of the night sky and, in the company of the historic lighthouse of Fajardo, you'll kayak through the calm water, literally making it glow as you paddle. The bay is filled with bio-luminescent organisms that light up in a manner similar to glow worms or fireflies when physically agitated. While the organisms themselves are tiny, when a large number of them light up simultaneously, the effect is like a miniature Milky Way sweeping through the water -- truly a beautiful phenomenon.

This behind-the-scenes guided walk takes you through San Cristobal Fort's secret tunnels and mysterious dungeons. It's your chance to get a feel for the intrigue and mischief that drove daily life at the fort, which was occupied by soldiers, sailors, noblemen, servants and slaves.

Journey into downtown George Town and view several of the city’s most famous landmarks -- Fort George, the Legislative Assembly building, Heroes Square, the Peace Memorial and many of the numerous banks for which Grand Cayman is famous.

Board a state-of-the-art semi-submarine developed for comfort and maximum viewing of the shallow reefs. It departs from the dock right by the cruise ship pier in George Town. The vessel does not submerge; instead you descend into the hull of this cruising underwater observatory and sit in air-conditioned comfort five feet below the surface of the water.
