Compared to my last cruise 3 years ago on Mardi gras, the staff were very polite, very friendly, and very helpful. I didn't come out of my cabin nearly as much this time. However these things stood out. My only complaint was that there is food available almost all night but the ice and drink machines close down. Its hard to enjoy a meal with no drink.
