Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult throughout the tour and under their constant supervision at all times; in such an event, the paying adult will also be required to sign a waiver prior to departure. For safety reasons, guests with diabetes, recent surgeries or injuries are not allowed to participate on this Dolphin Program. Pregnant women will not be allowed to participate in this program. Photos of your Dolphin Program will be available for purchase right after the interaction and only at the Park. First, you’ll board a coach for the transfer to Xenses Park, then get set to have some 15 different activity stations play with your senses in a most astounding way. Smile at various visual puns and optical illusions, see different ecosystems, experience the thrill of flying through the air and relax at the park’s natural Xpá. After this multi-sensory visit, you’ll move on to Playa del Carmen for about an hour of free time to go shopping along Quinta Avenida, or 5th Avenue in English. This is Playa del Carmen’s main retail hub and home to countless shops and boutiques both on the main avenue and on its side streets – the perfect place to pick up a Mexican memento. Your return journey to the ship then sees the tour come to an end. Please note: guests must be at least 5 years of age to take part. The tour is considered to be unsuitable for pregnant women and the activities are not recommended for persons with heart problems, a fear of heights, claustrophobia, vertigo, back pain or who have recently undergone surgery. Guests may not weigh more than 135 kg (300 lbs). To use the zip lines, guests must be at least 135 cm (4 ft. 5 in.) in height and weigh at least 40 kg (88 lbs). Certain park activities include water of between 107 cm and 127 cm (3 ft. 6 in. and 4 ft. 2 in.) in depth. Any children wishing to take part in these activities who cannot swim and are less than 127 cm (4 ft. 2 in.) in height must be accompanied by a parent at all times. You will set off on your kayak tour at the Uvas Beach Club and paddle through the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean, all the while being able to observe the wildlife below thanks the kayak's transparent keel. The next leg of the tour will then give you an opportunity to put on your snorkelling gear and take a closer look at the fascinating world and its many colourful inhabitants under the sea. All that activity can only mean one thing: time for a rest. On returning to the gorgeous beach and its facilities, you can simply relax and work on your tan, go for a swim or cool off under a shady umbrella. Promising to deliver a unique subterranean experience, this all-day outing begins when you leave the ship and take the ferry to the mainland. You’ll then board a van and head straight for Río Secreto, an underground world credited to be “Mexico and Central America’s Leading Nature Reserve”. You’ll be taken on a guided tour of these breathtaking caverns that will see you walking, wading and even swimming along parts of the route. The water is crystal-clear, the rock formations are incredible and the stalagmites and stalactites look like long strands of molten candlewax. Once your guided exploration has come to an end, you’ll be able to enjoy a light lunch and a drink. Lastly, you’ll pay a visit to Playa del Carmen and have a chance to do some shopping on Quinta Avenida, or 5th Avenue in English, before catching the ferry back to the ship. For calls when the ship is in port 10 or more hours, this tour will last an hour longer and guests will have free time in Playa del Carmen.

Spend a few relaxing hours off the ship in one of Cozumel's most beautiful locations, the Chankanaab National Park, an enchanting beachfront area and protected marine reserve. With only a short drive from the cruise terminal to begin your tour, you can then enjoy the all-inclusive facilities and attractions of the park, among which snorkelling in the shallow beachside waters is one of the most popular. Gear up and indulge in an adventurous swim through the shoals of multi-coloured fish that call the reef their home, but also look out for various underwater statues that form part of the marine reserve. Further attractions in the park included free sea lion shows, the Blue Lagoon inland coral reef to visit, and a lush botanical garden with replicas of Mayan archaeological finds, a reproduction Mayan village and the Hacienda Antigua, the perfect spot to sample different kinds of tequila. One such is Grand Cayman and this tour will see you both swim with dolphins and visit its longest beach. Your outing begins with a drive from Georgetown to the Dolphin Cove facility. Next, you'll head down to the natural lagoon for a briefing before you get to play with, touch and ride belly-to-belly with the dolphins. On-site photographers will be busy with their cameras while you are in the water, creating lasting memories of a special experience. After your swim, you may like to purchase some photos and browse for souvenirs while waiting for your transfer down to Seven Mile Beach. This swathe of white sand very nearly does what it says on the tin and actually stretches out over some 6 miles, or roughly 10 kilometres. You'll be dropped at a spot chosen with your comfort in mind, with food and drink on sale and beach chairs for hire (at additional cost not covered by the price of the tour). There'll be sufficient time for you to enjoy all the beach has to offer before you head back to the pier and your ship.

Take some time off the ship and join this fascinating and highly varied tour, which begins with a short drive in an air-conditioned coach to Dolphin Cove, your first stop. Once you have been briefed, you can enjoy a close encounter of the aquatic kind when you meet and greet these endearing sea creatures. Enjoy the friendship of your dolphin by petting and receiving a kiss or two. You will also be given information on typical dolphin behaviour and learn how the trainers communicate with the animals using hand signals. The tour then proceeds on to Stingray City, the site of your next underwater adventure, for an unforgettable chance to interact with and feed the friendly southern stingrays that are typical of these waters. On returning to Dolphin Cove, you can re-board the coach for the journey back to George Town and your ship. Feast your eyes on a marvellous underwater world, but stay dry and cosy at the same time by joining this unique cruise in a submarine, the Atlantis. After a short boat transfer from the ship, youll board the sub and at a depth of about 20-30 m/65-100 ft. begin to explore the marine environment. Experienced crew members will point out and share facts about the abundant aquatic wildlife youll be able to see through the portholes, from otherworldly sponge beds and coral formations to brightly coloured tropical fish. Normal sea-level pressure will be maintained throughout the air-conditioned journey to the depths, so youll stay cool and comfortable at all times. Once back on dry land, round off your outing with a leisurely stroll down the island's world-famous 7-Mile Beach before you begin the return journey to your ship at the pier.

Take yourself off the ship for half a day to discover two of the Cayman Islands' best snorkelling sites, the first of which will be at the wreck of the USS Kittiwake. This former US Navy submarine rescue vessel was in service from 1946 right up to 1994, and then  in 2009  was deliberately sunk at its present location off Seven Mile Beach to provide an artificial reef for local marine wildlife. While you snorkel around the 251 ft./76.5 m wreck, you'll be able to see its main decks, look down smokestacks and catch glimpses of the ship's hull and engine room. Next up is the so-called Cheeseburger Reef  a name that comes from a nearby outlet of a global fast-food brand  where a natural reef system can be enjoyed. At a depth of about 25 ft./7.6 m, you'll be able to snorkel to your heart's content. Finally and time permitting, the outing is rounded off with time to do some shopping in the centre of George Town before you return to the ship.

This fun excursion begins at the pier when you board an air-conditioned coach, together with a guide to provide information and point out places of interest on the way. Leaving George Town, you will take the scenic route past Seven Mile Beach, with a number of stunning five-star hotels to view as you go. A quick stop will be made at the Governor's Residence, the official home of the Governor of the Cayman Islands, after which you will head for the island's famous Sea Turtle Center, the only one of its kind in the world. Founded in 1968, the research centre has since played a vital role in the protection and conservation of these endangered sea creatures, some of which can weigh as much as 600 lbs.
