Volcanic in origin and with vestiges of low-level volcanic activity still much in evidence, the sparse lavascape that characterises Lanzarote makes the island a trekker's  and photographer's  dream. After leaving the ship and meeting your local guide, a mere 45 minutes on the coach will see you reach the starting point of your trekking adventure: the Timanfaya National Park. Less time on the coach means more time on foot, and a 3-hour trekking route awaits you that will take you from spectacular craters through craggy, petrified lava flows to volcanic lakes. You never know, you may even spot a lava tunnel on the way. While seemingly bare, unadorned and even austere at first glance, you will find the otherworldly landscape soon begins to grow on you and reveal itself as endowed with a beauty all its own, one that is well worth capturing in some photos. Following all the hard yards of walking, a welcome opportunity to rest your legs then follows on the leisurely drive back to Arrecife and your ship.

Take the ride of a lifetime! Let the energy and adrenaline capture you in this amazing adventure! After a 30-minute coach transfer, you will reach the trike station. There you will receive detailed instruction and driving training so that you can safely steer your 3-wheel motorcycle. Next, begin your adventure and follow an itinerary to discover the volcanic landscape of the island and small little villages. Pass through La Geria vineyards with a stop at the Monument of the Peasant and continue to Famara area and along the coast with a stop at the famous Hervideros. The return to the port will see you pass through the small village of Yaiza. Feel the rush, feel the emotion and give yourself the chance to try something different!

The destination of this fun and active excursion is Papagayo, in the south of Lanzarote, one of the most popular beaches on the island. Located in a small, half-moon shaped cove, Papagayo will captivate you not only with its beautiful scenery but also with its transparent sea and still waters, ideal for marine activities such as kayaking or snorkelling. Leave the port, follow the route going to the south of the island along cliffs, caves, and untamed beaches. Enjoy the scenery of the Cliffs of the Natural Monument de los Ajaches, an arid, rocky landscape worthy to be seen at the end of which rewarding you with the beauty of Papagayo. After hearing a safety briefing about kayaking for those who have no experience, have fun kayaking in the still waters or swimming and snorkelling. After recharging your batteries with an energetic chocolate bar and a fruit, continue your adventure to the tip of Papagayo, with the most incredible cliffs during your route. Eruptions, volcanism, conquest of the Canary Islands, pirate attacks and biological values of our Biosphere Reserve, will be explained during the tour.

Lanzarote, with its lunar landscapes and panoramas, is the place for an adventure on dirt roads and off the beaten track. Leave the harbour, join 'Lanzarote a Caballo' and climb aboard your two-seater Buggy Trail vehicle and set off to discover the island. The route will take you to Tias and Güime, following an off-road route with an initial stop to admire the distant views of Fuerteventura. Passing through the beautiful towns of Conil and La Asomada, you'll reach Puerto Calero. Have your camera ready to capture some memorable pictures the crystalline water and of Lanzarote's scenery for your memory book. Stops along the way will give you a chance to rest and, if you wish, exchange with your companion to drive the vehicle. This funny adventure concludes returning to the point where you will leave the Buggy to catch the coach back to the port.

Feel the rush, feel the emotion, and give yourself the chance to try something different! Enjoy the island of Lanzarote in a different way, by driving a Buggy! Leave the port and reach Puerto Calero where you will receive detailed instruction and driving training so that you can safely steer your buggy. Next, begin your adventure passing through the volcanic scenery of La Geria, a unique landscape due to the great extent of volcanic ash and characterized by the cultivation of vines in holes, where the wise hand of man protected them from the wind. From Tinajo, you will drive off road to La Santa, with photo stop at the red mountain for some fantastic views. Continue along La Vegueta towards the Monument of the Peasant, a tribute to the local farmers, and from San Bartolomé, the geographical centre of the island, continue to northern area of Arrecife, passing by Güime and ending at Puerto Del Carmen.

Apart from offering visitors year-round sunshine, any number of appealing beach resorts and the fabulous Timanfaya National Park, the island of Lanzarote is also home to one of nature's more unusual creations: a sightless, albino cave crab called munidopsis polymorpha that lives in the eternal gloom of the historical Jameos del Agua cave complex in the north of the island. Discover this intriguing creature on a tour that begins with a coach ride from Arrecife up past Teguise and on to your fascinating destination. The Jameos del Agua caves were formed when the accumulated gases caused the ceiling to blow off two sections of the world's longest submerged lava tube, called the Tunnel of Atlantis. They not only feature the usual stalactites, stalagmites and an underground seawater lake with the endemic albino crabs, but also surprise visitors with a bar, restaurant, concert hall and even a pool that were designed and built by the Spanish artist, César Manrique, in the 1960s. Enjoy the surroundings while you take a good look at these unique crustaceans, so perfectly adapted to their natural environment and a fine example of evolution at work. Next, stop for brief orientation tour at Teguise, located in the center of the island and Lanzarote's old capital, and still the best exponent of traditional architecture with its many little churches, convents, coloured and lively markets and colonial houses. Before returning to the port, the tour concludes with a stop at a local Aloe Vera farm, to learn about the benefits of this plant, typical of the warmer regions, that grows exceptionally well on the island.

Intimately intertwined with the legacy of 20th-century lanzaroteño artist and environmentalist César Manrique, Lanzarote is an intriguing island with an utterly extraordinary geology of 300 volcanic cones, eerie blackened lava fields and the occasional bucolic, palm-filled valley. This half-day excursion takes you to the south of the island with amazing views from your coach on the way. Driving outside Timanfaya National Park and along the wonderful coast as you head southwest between Mozaga and Yaiza, this is surely one of the most interesting and enjoyable routes to take on the island. Enjoy some brief photo stops at Hervideros and at the church of Mancha Blanca before reaching La Geria. Forget any preconceived notions of what a vineyard should look like; La Geria is completely the opposite. On Lanzarote, you won't find neat lines of vines painting the hills with green stripes; local viticulturists have found the deep, black lava soil perfect for growing grapes, though the yield. Admire the conical holes dug into natural layers of volcanic gravel several metres deep, in the centre of which vines are planted, and whose rim of half-moon rocks is a protection against the wind. The green of the vines in these hollows creates a contrast with the black of the volcanic landscape and, row after row, a unique and evocative landscape. On our way back to the pier, the coach will pass by the "Monument of the peasant" built by César Manrique to honor the thankless labor that most islanders had endured for generations.

Combine a pleasant walk in the fresh air with an exploration of some of Barcelona's most notable sights on an outing that begin with a short coach ride from the port. You'll then set off on a guided stroll, with the first landmark being the Columbus Monument at the lower end of La Rambla avenue. The 60 m/197 ft. monument was constructed in 1888 in honour of Columbus' first voyage to the New World. You'll then continue down La Rambla en route to Barcelona's Barri Gòtic and the Neoclassical town hall at Plaça Sant Jaume. Next up are outside views of the Gothic Cathedral of Santa Eulàlia - Barcelona Cathedral - and information on this key site. Last on your walking itinerary is Plaça de Catalunya in the middle of town, just the place to indulge in a little retail therapy. At this point, you can choose whether to remain in the city and make your own way back to the ship or to join your guide on the walk back down La Rambla to board the coach for the transfer back to the port.

Get up close and personal with the streets and iconic sights of Barcelona, from the saddle of a bike. As you follow your bike leader around the city's network of cycle paths, you'll find it's a really relaxed way of exploring. Enjoy great views of the harbour and have a glimpse of Montjuic castle from below, marvel at Antoni Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece, the immense Sagrada Familia, and trundle past quirky boutiques, antique shops, and tiny tapas bars in the city's Gothic Quarter. Cycle to the Museum of Art, and past the Olympic Harbour, and see the Statue of Columbus, the Arc de Triumph and Gaudí's wave-shaped Casa Mila townhouse. You'll also visit Las Ramblas, the famous boulevard buzzing with flower sellers, street artists and buskers, and there'll be time for a refuelling stop at a tapas or seafood bar along the way too.

E stands for easy-going, entertaining, and electrically assisted - three terms that also describe the nature of this half-day tour, which sets out to present the very best of Barcelona from a variety of perspectives. The first of your electrically assisted exploration aids will come in the form of an eBike, which you will pick up and then use to ride through the city and up to the cable car station at the top of Montjuïc Hill, the best vantage point for views of the city. You will also get to have an outside look at the 17th-century Montjuïc Castle before heading back down the hill by cable car to reach the seaside to taste tapas with a drink. You will then pass through Ciutadella Park and the magnificent Arc de Triomf en route to one of Antoni Gaudí's most celebrated architectural designs: the Sagrada Família. You will have some free time to explore before moving on to the elegant Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona's most notable boulevards with external view of Casa Milà.

End your cruise on a high note by taking this opportunity to touch base with the fascinating city of Barcelona before you catch your flight at El Prat International Airport. You'll be able to relax on board a modern coach while the sights of Barcelona are paraded past your eyes. The route will take you past the Passeig de Gràcia boulevard, Gaudí's unfinished Sagrada Família and Plaça de Catalunya in the centre of town. Then, heading out of town, you'll reach Montjuïc Hill for a photo stop to enjoy incredible views of Barcelona. Returning to the city again, you'll then get to stretch your legs on a guided walk through the old Barri Gòtic and have some free time to spend on your own. The tour ultimately draws to a close with your transfer to El Prat International Airport.

An entertaining day of cultural sightseeing awaits you here, starting with a 1.5-hour coach ride to the historical city of Girona. You'll head for the excellently preserved Jewish quarter for an external look at the Isaac el Cec Jewish Centre, the site of 12th-century Romanesque baths, also called the Arab Baths due to their Moorish appearance. Moving on again, you'll then head for the town of Figueres, the birthplace of Salvador Dalí. Once in town, you'll first have time to get lunch on your own, after which you'll pay the fascinating Dalí Theatre and Museum a visit. The museum incorporates the building that housed the town's theatre during Dalí's childhood and is also the place where one of the young artist's first public exhibitions was staged. Apart from giving you a chance to view a huge collection of Dalí works, including 3D installations like the Rainy Taxi and the anamorphic room  the Sala Mae West  in which the face of Mae West is revealed when viewed from a certain angle, the museum is also Dalí's final resting place with the crypt located under the stage. Among the must-sees during your stay in North Africa is the historical coastal city of Rabat, which is not only the capital of the Kingdom of Morocco, but also the country's third-largest metropolis with a population of around 650.000 inhabitants. After boarding a coach at the port in Casablanca, a 1.5-hour drive will first take you north to reach your destination, the seat of the Moroccan government and the King's residence: the city of Rabat. Your guided tour of the capital's main highlights begins at Grand Mechouar Official Square and then moves on to Hassan Tower, the minaret of what was once intended to become the world's largest mosque when building began in 1195. Only four years later, construction work stopped when the sultan died and all that remains now of the ambitious building project are the beginnings of several walls and around 300 unfinished columns. A visit to the elegantly white Mausoleum of Mohammed V, which contains the tombs of the late Moroccan king along with his two sons, as well as the manicured gardens belonging to the Kasbah of the Udayas round out your guided tour before you head back to Casablanca and your ship.

Spend some time off the ship to experience a day of oriental splendour as you leave Casablanca to visit not one, but two nearby cities: Azemmour and El Jadida. Located on the banks of the River Oum Er-Rbia, Azemmour is about a 1-hour coach drive from Casablanca and your first stop. The old city looks back on centuries of history, including a period spent under Portuguese rule in the late 15th-century. A short walk through the town's historical medina will give you a chance to have a look at products made by gifted Berber craftsmen. Moving on again, the coach will whisk you off to your second port of call: the nearby city of El Jadida, which was once known as Mazagan. The winning blend of Moorish and Portuguese influences found in much abundance about town is due to a lengthy period under Portuguese rule, lasting from 1502 to 1769. Cited as an "outstanding example of the interchange of influences between European and Moroccan cultures", the city was placed on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 2004. Next up is a visit to the city's almost cathedral-like Portuguese Cistern, a water reservoir with internal arches built in 1514. The domed ceiling mirrored in the shallow layer of water on the floor creates a mesmerising  and memorable  effect. A walk through the city's historical medina will be followed by a typical Moroccan lunch, after which the tour draws to a close with your return to Casablanca and your ship.

Located in western Morocco on the Atlantic Ocean, the huge city of Casablanca is already a remarkable sight during the day, but at night, the place lights up in an array of different colours that will astound you.
